- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Responsibilities:
Branafrikana:
- Provide Course Instructors with access to the Branafrikana platform for the creation, management, and delivery of courses.
- Offer technical support and assistance to Course Instructors for course creation, management, and troubleshooting.
- Handle course marketing, enrollment, and financial transactions on the platform.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of user data and course materials.
- Maintain the functionality and performance of the Branafrikana platform to provide a seamless learning experience for students.
Course Instructors:
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational content within their area of expertise in accordance with Branafrikana's guidelines and standards.
- Engage with enrolled students, provide feedback, and facilitate discussions to enhance the learning experience.
- Regularly update and maintain course content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and currency.
- Adhere to Branafrikana's policies and guidelines for course creation, marketing, and conduct on the platform.
- Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the creation and delivery of educational content on the Branafrikana platform.
4. Course Creation and Management:
- Course Instructors are responsible for developing and delivering high-quality educational content within their area of expertise.
- Branafrikana provides technical support and assistance to Course Instructors for course creation and management.
5. Course Enrollment and Participation:
- Students may enroll in courses offered on Branafrikana and participate in educational activities such as lectures, quizzes, assignmentsassignments and live classes.
- Students are expected to engage actively in their learning and abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by the Course Instructors.
6. Intellectual Property:
- Course Instructors retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the course content they create.
- Branafrikana is granted a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute course content on its platform for the duration of the agreement.
7. Commission Sharing:
- Branafrikana receives 20% of the revenue generated from course enrollments.
- Course Instructors receive 60% of the revenue generated from course enrollments.
- Affiliates receive 20% of the revenue generated from course enrollments.
8. Payment and Disbursement:
- Branafrikana handles all financial transactions and disbursements to Course Instructors and Affiliates in a timely manner.
9. Confidentiality:
- Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during their use of Branafrikana.
10. Governing Law and Disputes:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or binding arbitration.
11. Modifications:
- Branafrikana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
